- Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account through the app settings
- Voice Data: Voice inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored or recorded
- Third-Party Shared Data: Data previously shared with healthcare providers (with your consent) may be retained by those providers according to their own policies and legal requirements

7. Subscriptions & Payments
We collect and store only subscription plan details (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold), renewal dates, and usage of credits. Full payment details are not stored; payments are securely processed by the respective application stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
- Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime through your app store account settings.
- Upgrades & Downgrades: If you upgrade your plan, changes may apply immediately or from the next billing cycle depending on store policies. Downgrades will always take effect at the next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Credits & Top-ups: Voice and booking credits are tracked in real time. You can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan at any time through the app.
- Notifications: You may receive reminders for subscription renewals, credit usage, trial expiries, and plan changes.
- Free Trials: If you start with a trial plan, access will automatically end when the trial expires unless a paid plan is activated.
8. Location
Our application may collect and use location information to enhance user experience and provide relevant services.
- Location access is always based on user permission and can be managed from device settings at any time.
- We do not use location data for purposes other than delivering app features and services.
